Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a very standard room, yet the complimentary wine and great location with a nice breakfast enhance the overall experience. The service is above excellent standards, with professional and helpful staff. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Cardiff by the train station. The dining experience is mixed but generally positive. Facilities are convenient.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were great, nicely decorated with a huge entertainment system. I really appreciated the little extras that came with the room. The only downsides were the noise from the nightclub next door and the room getting a bit warm.
The hotel rooms are clean and ok with great staff, but starting to get a little tired with minor repairs needed. The ambiance in the downtime is awesome, but the bed is much too large. Despite some areas needing improvement, the rooms are decent overall.
The hotel's rooms were spotlessly clean and ideal for a short stay, located conveniently near pubs, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff was exceptionally friendly. However, the room got quite cold at night, and the climate control was too loud for use, plus the breakfast lacked variety with watery bacon and limited options.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, but we received vouchers for the bar which led to a delay past the already late 3 pm check-in time. The room felt claustrophobic and chilly with only a space heater for warmth, yet it was spacious and well-conditioned overall.
The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. The rooms, though clean, were not as spacious as expected and had limited lighting. The service provided was helpful and polite, despite a small delay in room readiness. The dining experience offered a good selection of food, albeit not top quality. The location is ideal for those attending rugby matches or exploring Cardiff, being just minutes away from the train station and stadium.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great despite the noise from outside, and the dining experience was enjoyable although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
The hotel's location is wonderful, surrounded by lively bars and close to the vibrant city center. The rooms, though spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, felt a bit tired. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's dining offerings were fantastic but came at a high price. The convenience of the location made up for any minor inconveniences.
